$900.00 plus GST (5%) per night for the house alone. During high season minimum 6 night stay.

$400.00 plus GST (5%) per night for the studio suite. The suite in only rented in conjunction with the house, and for the same duration.

Damage deposit is also required, and will be returned within two weeks of departure (except in cases where deductions need to be made)

Dogs are allowed, there is a $100 fee if there is ANY cleanup required from them. Dogs must be on a flea treatment program for at least three months prior to visiting the property for everyone’s comfort, and pets are strictly forbidden from being on any furniture. We are pet owners and lovers, and really enjoy having our furry family members with us, but for the comfort of all the guests, please respect these rules so we can continue to allow guests to bring their furry friends.

Terms and Conditions
+ All rates are in Canadian Dollars and subject to applicable taxes of 12% HST. Published rates are subject to change without notice for all non-confirmed reservations. We accept cheques, bank drafts, cash and money orders.
+ Deposits price are due at time of booking and are 50% of the rental price without taxes and damage deposit. The balance is due at time of booking by post dated cheque dated 30 days prior to scheduled visit.
+ Cancellation policy: Refunds are given for cancellations 60 days before a scheduled visit minus $200 administration fee. Refunds will be given for cancellations less than 60 days before scheduled visit, only if a replacement is found.
