Weddings – Although still young, this estate has a reputation for having people fall in love. This estate is a perfect place for indoor and outdoor small to mid size weddings.

For indoor ceremonies, the open layout and high ceilings of the main living area allow for plenty of space for a bright wedding which overlooks the ocean. Indoor seating is for approximately 60 people.


For outdoor weddings, the beach itself, or the lawn next to the house are recommended locations. Beach weddings are often attended by various sea mammals such as curious seals and otters. The lawn next the house is set on a stunning backdrop of the coastline and can easily seat 100 people. For reception and dining activities, both indoor and outdoor locations are ideal for dining and dancing.


For guests who want to spend the night, several bed and breakfasts are sprinkled within 10 minutes drive, and there is plenty of space for those who might like to pitch a tent. It is also possible for people to come to the Island on the morning ferry, and return on the evening one. *Special rates apply for weddings.
